WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2008

8:00 - 12 Noon - Beef Carcass goes directly to Kam Lake View Meats (no weighing equipment provided)

9:00 - 7 PM - Hall Exhibits brought to Turquoise Building

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER, 25, 2008

8:00 AM - No animals in Barn prior to 8:00 AM (No feed or water prior to weighing)
Commercial Exhibitors begin set up Indoor and Outdoor Booths
- Set up 4-H Educational displays (until 8:00 PM Thursday)

12:00 PM - Hall Exhibits brought to Turquoise Building between noon and 5 pm (Wednesday and Thursday)

1 PM - 6 PM - Weighing of All Beef Projects

3 PM - 6 PM - Weighing of ALL LAMBS PROJECTS, including Carcass

6:00 PM - All LAMB & BEEF Projects must be in barn

6:30 PM - All RABBITS to be in the barn

7:00 PM - LAMB - 4H judging of Carcass Class
- Judging of Hall Exhibits begins at 7:00 pm.

8:00 PM - Senior 4-H MEMBERS meeting
- BEEF Leaders Meeting & SHEEP Contributors Meeting
- Judging 4-H Educational displays begins at 8:00 PM
- All 4-H HORSES to be in Barn

7:30 AM Floral and Special Competition Exhibits may be dropped off at the Turquoise Building 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM

8:30 AM Floral and Special Competition Exhibits close for Judging.

9:00 AM - CAVIE - Showmanship in Rabbit ring
- LAMB - 4-H Judging
- Deadline for entering HEIFER PAIRS/BEST COMMERCIAL GRADE HEIFER OR COW /JW LAUDER/HOME GROWN LAMB
- Deadline for notifying office of withdrawl from ROUND ROBIN or if you wish to use your female project for Showmanship

9:30 AM - Judging of Floral and Special Competition Exhibits begins

10:00 AM - DOG - Agility Demonstrations (Tentative)
